The guy who helped us find what we were looking for was super friendly and helpful! The cashier was extra sweet and even let us know that if you sign up for a free account online you can get s full size bottle of wine for .05$ The selection was amazing! The store was very clean!

Absolutely terrible!!! Will not be returning to this location. Nice staff around the store who are helpful, but VERY rude staff at checkout. I used to come in here every week with my dad and get a fun soda (the &more part of the name) while he got his wine. I also would come in with my boyfriend and get the same delightful sodas. Today, I come in with my cousins who get alcohol and I get another soda as always and they ask to see IDs at checkout and I say well, I'm underage so I'm just getting the soda. Then they say that I should not even be in the store and that it's not allowed! No ID check at the door, no signage or anything!! They were absolutely rude and kicked us out without letting them buy anything. I understand trying to follow age restrictions on drinking, but if you are going to do that, then don't sell non alcoholic beverages like the delightful sodas and also, check IDs at the door so that customers don't shop around just to get rudely denied the ability to checkout. Have an actual set in stone policy, not whatever the heck this is. An absolute waste of time and unnecessary aggravation. Terrible experience and absolutely ruined our night as a family.

I am increasingly frustrated with the sales approach at Total Wine & More. Rather than guiding customers toward genuinely high-quality, non-additive tequilas, your staff appears focused on pushing products that serve internal sales priorities instead of customer interests. When I come in to purchase top-tier, non-additive tequilas and am already holding a bottle of Wild Common Still Strength, being told by an associate that Fósforo Blanco is a “must-have” top-tier option is not only inaccurate, it’s misleading. That kind of recommendation undermines trust and reflects a lack of alignment with customers who are informed and intentional in their purchases. Additionally, when a sales associate emphasizes how many bottles they have sold in a single day, it does not build confidence. It signals how many customers may have been misled or oversold. To validate the recommendation, I purchased a bottle myself. After trying it, it became clear that the product was significantly oversold. It does not compare to other established non-additive tequilas in terms of quality, depth, or overall profile. This pattern extends beyond tequila. The same approach is evident in your bourbon selection, where Spirit Select labels are consistently pushed over truly premium, well-regarded brands. It creates the impression that sales incentives are being prioritized over product integrity and customer experience. As a result, I’ve made the decision to take my business elsewhere, specifically to Trevor’s Liquor, where product knowledge and authenticity are clearly valued. This is disappointing, as I once considered Total Wine a reliable destination. I hope you take this feedback seriously and reevaluate how your team engages with customers who expect expertise, not upselling.

I went in here to check & see if they had a bottle that I was looking for & couldn't find it. I bumped into an employee & she was awesome when it came to help me try to find it & even showed me some other stuff. One of the bottles was a Mint bourbon that was great! Then she gave me a sample of tequila which was awesome as well. Her customer service was really good & I really appreciate the time she took to help.

I rarely go anywhere else but Total wine alcohol needs. They have a tendency to have most everything I want. They have a wide variety of craft beers and specialty liqueurs. And they have Old Style!
